I simply love the real estate business!
My journey in real estate began in 2006 as a salesperson, and continued with acquiring my broker's license and the opening of my own real estate agency in 2014. World Keys Realty is an independent agency and not a franchise. We pride ourselves in giving the best possible experience to each and every person, and this is what makes us so special. The area is our hometown base, and being smaller and localized, gives us the ability to bring our own brand and extensive knowledge to the community.
Personally, I am a no pressure type of person, because buying a home is a big purchase. It may take time to find that special dream home, and I will spend whatever time it takes to help you find it. If you are selling your home, I can give you tips on selling, and will list and market it for sale using the latest technologies. Because of our established business relationship, the process of buying or selling is especially rewarding to me at closing. It is sad for me because our journey came to an end, but I am happy when the buyers are handed the keys to their new home, or when the sellers sell their property. I genuinely care and have a sincere interest in helping you with your real estate needs.
In addition, I also have a Florida Real Estate Broker's License, so if you are looking to buy a home or vacation home in central Florida or the Gulf Coast region, I can assist you as well or make a referral for you.
Lastly, I have three wonderful children, three special grandchildren, 2 great son-in-laws, and an awesome daughter-in-law that shares the same birthday as me! Our special times together include Disney vacations and spending time on the FL Gulf Coast.
